COOKING:
Rinse the beans, soak them in plenty of hot water (about 100°C) for at least 2 hours. Change the water before boiling (1 part beans to 3 parts water). Add 1 teaspoon of salt for every liter of water. Bring to a boil, simmer under a lid for about 15-20 minutes. Cooking time may vary.
